Joe Cole’s passion for magic began at just eight years old when he discovered his older brother’s hidden magic set—complete with a makeshift cape, a cardboard hat, and an assortment of props. What started as childhood curiosity quickly evolved into a lifelong career in professional magic and entertainment.

A Career Built on Magic & Mastery

Joe’s first professional break came when he performed alongside five other magicians at a St. Louis restaurant. Immersed in the world of close-up magic, he honed his craft, performing table-side illusions with cards, coins, silks, cigarettes, and even balloon animals for kids. Over the last 15 years, Joe has captivated restaurant audiences weekly, building a reputation as a premier close-up magician.

Throughout his journey, Joe has been mentored by some of the world’s top magicians, learning advanced sleight-of-hand techniques and showmanship secrets. He crafted his signature stand-up act during his final years in college, eventually taking his talents to the corporate world.

Award-Winning Magic & Prestigious Performances

Joe’s talent has earned him recognition on an international stage. In 2001, he competed in New Orleans, winning the title of “Best Close-Up Magician.” The following year, he took home the “Most Original Act” award in New York City. His career reached new heights when he was invited to perform at The Magic Castle in Los Angeles, an exclusive venue reserved for the world’s top magicians.
